(5) Explain the cost of the career: hyper-vigilance, the biological rollercoaster, and the fragility of a singular identity. (7) Apply the legal guardrails of public safety chaplaincy - neutrality, non-coercion, voluntariness, and equal access - under current First Amendment standards.
